Thomas Robinson-Parsons

A Birko -born disciple of Duchene, who honed his craft worldwide from the legendary L'Hôtel du Cap-Eden-Roc, under chef Arnaud Poete.

Cuchi 'Kuki' Izquierdo

 

Comes from a long line of Chefs, so cooking is in his blood. He's worked from London to Madrid, and was most recently Chef-Patron at the resplendent Kuki's, which was previously at this site.
